Repair Policies

Parts & Liability
– OEM parts preferred. No liability for issues caused by third-party components. Repairs using non-OEM parts void all warranties.
– All parts include 20% markup.

Repair Process
– Costs typically 30-50% of new drone price (varies by complexity/age).
– If unrepairable at the shop: For a $60 fee we can facilitate shipping and mailing your drone to the manufacturer to get repaired. We will text you with the factory. (customer covers all other costs).

Payment & Claims
– Accept: Zelle, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Stripe.
– Non-refundable; 30-day coverage only for defective shop-supplied parts.
– Unclaimed units (>30 days) become shop property.

Parts Policy
– Purchasing Options
Customer supplies parts (shop not liable for compatibility/defects)
-Shop sources parts (20% markup; 30-day warranty)
– Delays Not responsible for backorders/shipping delays on customer supplied parts.
– Payment Parts + labor due upfront when shop procures.

Builds & Upgrades
– Not liable for:
– Flyaways (environmental/hardware factors)
– Manufacturer defects/software issues
– Warranty voidance
– Performance changes post-upgrade
– Customer must: Provide accurate specs, operate drone safely.

– Any testing accidents or issues.

Legal Terms
Service Agreement
– Estimates may vary. No completion date guarantees. 1st come 1st serve, unless paying for express service.
– Not liable for: Pre-existing damage, data loss, flyaways, or repair risks. Drone are delicate and may break during repair procedures.

Payments
– Due on completion. $20/day late fee after 7 days.

Property
– Unclaimed after 30 days = shop property (per FL Statute §715.065).

General
– FL law governs. Disputes in Pinellas courts.
– All liability claims waived by customer.
